Atom Miners™ Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Policy

Atom Miners is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases of ASIC miners, mining containers, and power equipment.

All requests are subject to the conditions below and our sole discretion. We strongly recommend you review this policy before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

A. Unopened Products (Change of Mind)

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed manufacturer packaging.

  • Timeframe: Return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Product must be in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and boxes intact.
  • Restocking Fee: An 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties (for international returns), and insurance. The product must be returned to our designated warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
B. Defective or Damaged Products (Warranty Claim)

If you receive a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, you must follow the warranty claim procedure.

  • Timeframe: Report must be filed within 48 hours of delivery for physical damage and within 14 days for functional defects.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos and/or video evidence of the damage or defect, the shipping label, and all packaging materials.
  • Process: Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions. Do not return any item without a valid RMA number.
  • Outcome: Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the product. Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by Atom Miners.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund unless they are covered by a valid warranty claim for defect:

  • Opened or Used ASIC Miners: Any miner whose security seal has been broken or shows signs of installation/use.
  • Special Order or Custom-Configured Items: This includes custom-configured mining containers and large power distribution units.
  • Clearance or Promotional Items: Items sold at a final discount or as part of a limited-time promotion.
  • Software, Firmware, or Digital Downloads.

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact our Support Team at orders@atomminers.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If eligible, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Ship the product to the provided address using a traceable and insured method. You are responsible for the product until it is received at our warehouse.
  4. Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the returned product. This process can take up to 10 business days from receipt.
  5. Processing:
    • For approved returns/refunds: The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. The refunded amount will be the product price minus the 8% restocking fee. Please note that bank or payment processor processing times may cause additional delays.
    • For warranty replacements: A replacement unit will be shipped upon approval of the claim.
    • For denied returns: The product will be shipped back to you at your expense, or it may be held at our warehouse for a limited time for you to arrange collection.

5. Shipping & Associated Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for a “change of mind” reason.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred on the original shipment or the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds do not include these costs.
  • Restocking Fee: An 8% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees. If reshipment is not requested, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and the 8% restocking fee.

7. Warranty Service vs. Return

This Returns & Refunds Policy is separate from our standard 365-Day Limited Warranty. Most technical issues within the warranty period will be handled as a warranty repair or replacement, not as a return for refund. Please refer to our Warranty Terms for detailed information.
